TETEMA FLOUR MILK BREAD

Step 1

Add 1 cup Warm Milk, 2 Tbsps. Yeast and 1 tbsp. Sugar mix well and set aside for 10 minutes.

Step 2

In to a bowl mix 3 cups of flour, 2 tbsps. Milk Powder, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 tbsps. Salt, an Egg, and 1/3 cup Melted Margarine then pour in the yeast mixture and knead for 10 minutes

Step 3

Place the dough in a warm environment and leave it to rest for an hour.

Step 4

The dough will rise cut it into 4 parts and flatten each part with a rolling pin then roll the dough and place it on your baking plate and leave it to rest for 30 minutes.

Step 5

Apply egg wash to the surface and bake the dough at 180 degrees for 18 minutes

Step 6

Serve with a beverage or curry of your choice
