Step 1

Get 2 bowls, in one of the bowls add flour, baking powder, and semolina powder.

In another bowl mix butter, icing sugar, and egg mix it well till it is creamy then add the flour in bits while mixing everything thoroughly.

Step 3

You should achieve a soft dough, shape it into a cookie shape. Add the jam as a topping.

Step 4

Get 2 sufurias, one bigger than the other. Place the bigger one on low heat and add ample amount of salt into the sufuria, this is how you change your stove to DIY oven. Let it preheat for 15 minutes.

Step 5

Place an oven friendly lid with the cookies on top of the salt, cover, and let it bake on low heat for 20-30 minutes.

Serve with a beverage of your choice!
