Step 1

In a pan add oil and 1 large onion, meat and stir

Sprinkle lemon juice

Step 3

When cooked add the coriander for flavor

In a bowl add flour, salt oil, warm water and mix

Roll the dough into small balls and brush with oil

Step 3

Cover to rest 3 hours

Step 4

Stretch out the dough and add the minced meat and fold

Step 5

In a pan add some oil and place the folded dough, flip to cook all sides
