Mix 1 Tbsp. Sugar, 1 Tbsp. Yeast with the milk and let it rest for 5 minutes.
In a bowl, add 2 cups All-purpose Flour, 1/4 Tbsp. Baking Powder, 1 Tbsp. Salt, 1/4 cup Yoghurt, 3 Tbsp. Oil and mix. Then add in the yeast mixture. Knead for 7-10 minutes and leave to rest for 1 hour in a warm place.
Shape the dough into round balls and flatten it with a rolling pin then cook it on a medium hot pan till it bubbles up, flip to cook the other size, and cook till brown.
Use a kitchen brush to apply a mixture of melted butter with crushed garlic then sprinkle some coriander and serve with a stew or curry of your choice.
