Flour Nacho Chips

Step 1

In a bowl mix 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour, maize flour, turmeric, black pepper, salt, vegetable oil and some warm water and knead for 5 minutes.

Step 2

Flatten the dough and cut it into fun shapes.

Step 3

In a pan heat a reasonable amount of oil and fry until crispy.

Step 4

In a bowl mash the avocado, add chopped onions and diced tomatoes, salt cayenne spice, lemon juice, coriander and garlic mix well and serve
