CINNAMON ROLLS

Step 1

In a bowl mix melted butter/ margarine, war milk, egg and milk set aside for 10 min

Step 2

In another bowl mix flour, baking powder and sugar, salt and add the previous mixture

Step 3

Cover to raise for 1 hour

Step 4

In a smaller bowl add 5 tbsp of sugar, cinnamon powder

Step 5

Roll the dough to a 1/2 inch rectangle

Step 6

Apply butter/ margarine

Step 7

Sprinkle the cinnamon fillings then roll the dough

Step 8

Using a string cut the roll of dough to 2 inches thickness

Step 9

Cover to rise for 1 hour

Step 10

Bake at 180 degree temperature

Step 11

In another bowl mix 2 tbs of milk with the icing powder and vanilla essence. Pour in on top of the baked rolls.

2 1/2 cups Flour

1 cup icing sugar
1 Tbsp Vanilla Essence
2 Tbsp Milk
